Servicing your car is not fun.  It's not. Here at Honda of Nanuet we (and especially me), we understand that.
You have to take time out from your usually busy routine, you may have to part with some money. And, your visit and the services necessary may not have been expected, which add to the inherent misery that is just plainly built into why you are in my office.
I know this.  All my years of experience comes into play to try my very best, and to use everything I can think of to minimize the disruption you'll have to suffer.  But, we also need to be safe, and we need to get you back in action in your Honda in perfect working order as quickly as possible.
I work with the attitude that I am here to make your experience pleasant, friendly, understandable, and
hopefully easier to deal with.
My customers seem to think I'm pretty good at making that happen and I hope you will too.  We do a pretty good job at making all this happen smoothly, pretty much most of the time... so we really are next to you to work together.
